Simple cozy place with everything I needed

"Note: I rated excellent for everything. But for some reason, under cleanliness, it won't let me check that box.It's a cozy apartment with just a perfect amount of space. It has a full kitchen, and my favorite part, an outside private area where you can eat, drink, write, listen to music, or just sit and relax. There's a generous amount of silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, towels and linens. I had to get a can opener, as I didn't see one there, but no big deal. Plenty of appliances and supplies, including a coffee maker, ironing board and microwave. There are two TVs, plenty of mirrors, and some desk space where one can work if need be. The couches are extremely comfortable, and I love the coffee table. Plenty of closet, drawer and shelf space. There's a table in the kitchen that can also be used as a bar. The outside area does have a small table and two lounge chairs. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the atmosphere is very peaceful, with birds singing every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

"I had a couple of minor issues upon arriving, but nothing too serious or problematic. The water was initially off due to maintenance prior to my arrival, but after speaking with the local contact for the listing, the issue was clarified. He even offered to assist in person, though it wasn’t necessary as the problem was resolved with guidance over the phone. Another issue was pet hair on the bed covers and sheets. However, this was quickly addressed by purchasing a new set of linens, and I was reimbursed after submitting the receipt. Other than that, my stay was very enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in one of their listings again, and I would definitely book this particular listing if it’s available in the future.
