Pool heating is available for $75 per day plus tax. This service can be arranged for a portion of your stay. To add this amenity, please contact our Guest Experience Team after booking. Because it takes time to bring the pool to full temperature, requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Payment is due on the day the heat is activated. We’ve recently added a new pool railing to enhance both comfort and safety for our guests.

Check-In / Check-Out Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We’re happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. Sunny Arizona pool home

"We have been very pleased with the responsiveness of the Yonder team. Everything leading up to our stay was very smooth. And the check in was simple. When we had the issue with the pool heater not working on our arrival your representative Karl came to look at it and did a great job. Very polite and professional. We also had a concern about the keypad lock starting to act up bit in the second half of our stay and Karl came by again and took care of that as well. We really liked the property. House and neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The location was great and in close proximity to any stores, shops and restaurants that we needed. The home was adequately furnished and kitchen utensils and appliances were good. Appreciated the flat top griddle outside. Pool was nice and used quite a bit during our stay.

"This place has it all !!! Very clean and well equipped. The pool is beautiful and especially refreshing during this summer season. We'd love to come back in the winter, since the pool can be heated. We really like the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to shopping and events. It's an easy check-in and the host is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

"This house was great for our 2 week stay in Phoenix. Lots of little details, like plenty of toiletries, which saved on personal costs. The private pool was a wonderful feature that the kids enjoyed daily! Fully stocked kitchen appliances, pans, plates & cutlery was awesome!

"Absolutely loved our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfy, which is rarely my experience. The highlight was the pool, covered by shade, which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
