"My son was getting married in Scottsdate AZ so I was looking for a property that would host a group of at least 7 including a baby. This was the perfect property with great amenities and perfect location. If I could give the host 5 stars I would. They were super accommodating given our original cancelled at last minute. If this property is available it will be at the top of my list when I visit Scottsdale.

"From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and hiking trails, but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved relaxing in the backyard/pool area. it’s a true desert oasis! Our host was responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Scottsdale whether you’re here to explore the outdoors, enjoy the food scene, or just unwind. We can’t wait to come back!

"We had an incredible stay at the Mulberry residence in beautiful Scottsdale! The house was immaculate, spotless, and beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need. It was extremely comfortable and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The highlight for us was the fantastic pool and grill area—we spent hours lounging by the pool and cooking meals outside. It felt like our own private resort. The location was just as impressive. The house is in close proximity to the amazing restaurants, bars, and nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale, so we never had to go far to enjoy great dining and entertainment. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Scottsdale getaway!

"I have stayed in many vacation rental accommodations over the last six years. This accommodation is one of best ones that I ever stayed in, if not the best. The place is squeaky clean, with top notch furnishings. You felt living in luxury. The pool and the pool side were where we hung out a lot. It was super relaxing. The place is every bit as shown in the photos. The location is also great with all top attractions nearby. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. I wish I stayed here longer, but would certainly come back. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an upscale yet homely vibe in a vacation rental.

"We loved our stay at Mulberry Residence. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring Scottsdale. The layout of the house was excellent as we spent family time in the living room right across the kitchen that walks out to the pool area. The backyard had a huge pool and a comfortable couch area to relax. The bedrooms were spread out giving everyone privacy. The 3.5 bathrooms made our stay comfortable, especially with a party of 10. We loved it ! The house is so close to the old town, maybe less than 10 mins drive and a park that is just 400 yards away, made it convenient to walk our dog and kids to enjoy the playground. It was a safe and beautiful neighborhood too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Thank you to Yonder for making our stay a pleasant one!

"Our stay at this home was nothing short of perfect! The space was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly cozy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and we loved having coffee on the patio every morning. We especially loved sipping wine by the pool while watching the sunset—pure magic! The home is in a quiet, charming neighborhood just a short drive to Fashion Square with great shopping and dining outlets. We felt safe and right at home the entire time.
